Frequently Asked Pie Questions

Do you make whole pies?

We make sweet and savory pies in 9 inch and 4 inch disposable pie dishes. In addition, we make hand-pies. Because of our space limitation, we don't make too many big pies. We recommend that you call in advance to place an order for large pies.

Do you cater?

We cheerfully accept orders for ordinary and extraordinary occassions such as weeknight dinners, gifts, birthdays, babyshowers, bar mitzvah, and weddings. We also accept orders for gluten-free, vegan, or sugar-free pies. In general a minimum of 1 day's notice is recommended. Some pies require more notice if we don't have the ingredient at hand.

Is this your only pie shop?

Yes. This is a brand new business owned and operated by Petaluma residents, Lina Hoshino and Angelo Sacerdote. We opened our doors in December of 2010.

What is your favorite pie?

We love all of our pies. They are like our children. We do not serve pies we don't love.

Was your stolen sign returned?

No. But our sign maker, Duncan Design Inc. kindly made us a replacement sign as a Christmas present.

Do have berry pies?

We work with seasonal produce as much as we can. Berries become available in spring through summer and into early autumn. Check out this interactive guide to learn the basics of what's in season.

Do you make steak and kidney pies?

We might if enough people ask.

Do you do cater?

We accept orders for large quantities of pies. We occassionally deliver if we are able to. Please call us at 707-347-9743 for further assistance.

Do you make gluten-free, vegan or sugar-free pies?

Yes we do. However, we need to have advance notice. Sometimes, we would have gluten-free or vegan dough at hand, in which case, we only need a few hours notice. On other occassions, we will need at least one day advance notice.
